Volunteer Projects in Peru

This is a luxury lodge in the Peruvian Rainforest about 2 hrs (depending on the conditions of the river) by boat from the city of Puerto Maldonado. The flight from Cusco to Maldonado takes half an hour. Depending on the time of year and season, Puerto Maldonado is three days adventurous bus or truck ride from Cusco. The Lodge consists of about 40 bungalows with private toilets. There is a big common room where the meals are served.
